Id like to meet interesting people with big ideas whos minds are open but with the brains still intact........ my beliefs are a combination of science, ancient teachings, and Christ Conciouseness.

Christ conciouseness comes about when one carries a heavy burden of in-escapable suffering that at some point forces the mind to surrender.

This is where the statement 'bearings ones cross' really comes from..which is when ones worst suffering becomes ones greatest gift or provokes 'salvation' when that suffering forces enlightenment through surrender to the pain. (physical, emotional or both)

  • i rant on the internet too much....there are times when i wish the internet was not there for all the crazies who find a "home" there in cyberspace...i see creative and interesting and smart people on the web but more often the "looney tunes" brigades overwhelm the net....i fear we are building networks of morons who are beginning to think because they find like souls here and there that they are "in the main stream". as a result i find myself spending less and less time on the internet and less and less time expressing my views there...and wishing everyone else would do the same.

    You see it in the way they treat women, you see it in the way they treat minorities, you see it in the way they treat homosexuals, you see it in the way they treat anyone who is not a white Christian, and you see it in the way they treat anyone who disagrees with them slightly about anything. They just have no respect for anyone, and it shows. People don’t like to be treated like crap, and grown-ups don’t want to be associated with people who yell “You lie” or scream “socialism” or “Hitler” or accuse you of being a terrorist whenever they don’t get their way.


    However he messed it up with the childish name calling.. sorry but the old saying is "takes one to know one" you treat people with the same sort of respect you expect yourself.. well I guess we can see what kind of respect HE thinks HE deserves and expects to get.

    I hope the dems and republicans keep at it like this the whole four years.. if they do we will almost certainly get a new house and new senate full of independants. It will be a bit chaotic Im sure but atleast it will be fresh blood that hopefully (crossing fingers) will not be whores to the corps.     (more)

WTH happened to them keeping their kids at home!!????

    Furthermore why is it that this 10% OVERULED the other 90% ? Their tax money is better, shinier,,smells nicer wth?? I guess its a case of the squeaky wheel gets the grease... but if we had known it was up for debate Id have called to vote! As it was I dont feel like we were given an opportunity to have a say in the matter as we didnt know it was optional to begin with. Why werent the kids of the upset parents simply removed from class while the rest watched,, i mean come on this isnt pornography or even sex ed videos we are talking about here it was a SPEECH by our PRESIDENT.

    How long are the rest of the nation supposed to let the fringe right browbeat us into giving them their way simply because they cant deal with their disappointment about the election results?

    Zomg frustrating... my child lost out on a great speech today because of a few under medicated anxiety cases,,, who claim they want FREE SPEECH but then deny MY CHILDREN the right to hear and share in that freedom at their OWN PUBLIC SCHOOL,,, couldnt handle their children hearing their own countries top elected official speak?

    +2 raves I do not trust the stuff in it,, and frankly I dont trust any corporation that says here you MUST... I do not trust the stuff in it,, and frankly I dont trust any corporation that says here you MUST give your child this vaccine but you also MUST sign this form saying that if our little 3.00 profit per shot kills or injures your child ,,you can not hold us responsible.

    I also dont like that when your child gets sick they have decided rather abruptly once 'proving' this flu was a problem via tests,, to stop testing. Why stop testing if they want to track it? Well because they cant sell you a vaccine for something youve already had.

    I care about my child deeply,, big pharma does not care about anyone or anything except profit. So no I dont intend to get my kids or family vaccinated. For me Its about not trusting the pharmacudical corporations who everyone knows control congress and the senate with money and gifts. The lobbiests need to GET OUT of government!!     (more)
