I don't see how changing his name affects his freedom of religion one way or the other. No matter what he calls himself he can still be a heathen and worship his "Thor". If the judge can make the case that indeed it would be hard to track him, his name shouldn't be changed. Otherwise who cares as long as Thomas pays for it out of his own pocket. (more)

No one forced anyone to take out theses loans These people that took these loans were irresponsible. And the same to the banks that cry for help. Whoever heard of no money down and not verifying income. I don't give a damn if Janet Reno threaten lawsuits for violating civil rights they shouldn't have given into blackmail. The answer to this problem is let the capitalist system work Banks making bad loans and people taking them beyond their means should go belly up. It is tough and painful but only then can the economy start to mend. Obama's way will be just as painful but will drag this depression out and the economy will never mend. It should be noted to all the people that are sticking their heads in the sand, BO took office with a recession but he is turning it into a depression. (more)
