I believe in good solid biblically based morals and values. I don't believe innocent babies should be slaughtered, I believe life begins at conception and ends at natural death. I believe in the strength of the institution of marriage and family being the cornerstone of a healthy society, I believe that gays have the right to live as they choose, unpersecuted, but should not infringe upon our right to disagree with their lifestyle and moral choices.

I believe that the government should be in place to protect us from hostile forces, both foreign and domestic, to aid in maintaining an infrastructure for safety and expediency of trade but should stay out of our personal and business decisions as long as these decisions don't interfere with the carrying out of their duties stated above, or infringe upon the safety, well being of, or financial fairness to others. I believe that any government in place should allow for free flowing exchange of ideas, free trade, minimal amount of regulations that squelch the ability to conduct business without superfluous red tape.

I believe government should protect and not impede a parents right to raise their children according to their own consciences, their own religion, the right to seek unconventional healthcare treatments for themselves and their children, including home birthing, and in education, including home schooling, etc. I believe the government needs to protect innocent children from being neglected or abused and that due process in a court of law must be necessary to establish the above. I believe both children AND parents need to have their rights protected very carefully and that this is of the utmost importance. In communist countries one of the earliest steps taken is to separate children from their parents.

I believe in our constitution and believe in a strict interpretation of it. I believe it protects our freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press and the right to bear arms, etc. I believe an armed citizenry is the best protection against a hostile government whether foreign or domestic and levels the playing field against an armed criminal element. History and experience have shown that violent crime goes up when ordinary decent citizens are left vulnerable and unprotected. History also shows that the first step dictators and communists have taken in gaining control over a populace has always been to propagandize gun control, and disarm them.

I believe that the citizenry is extremely overtaxed, that there is terrible waste in government spending, that many very capable people are learning to become dependant on handouts to the detriment of society at large. I believe that we should protect our God given earth from damage and destruction leaving an unpolluted environment to our children, but that we should remember that earth was created for man as his home and that liberals that think that every living thing EXCEPT man has a right to affect the earth miss the point entirely. When we protect nature at man's expense we are getting things backwards.

I believe that people should have the right to worship God, unimpeded, according to their conscience, as they see Him, as long as this doesn't interfere with the life, liberty, and well-being of others. I see man's effort in trying to maintain extreme control over other men, even religious control, just for the sake of power and control as being in contradiction of God's plan and design for man, and stemming from the dark forces of evil, ie: satan. I believe that God wants us to live in harmony, to care and watch out for one another. I believe that God would prefer us to answer to Him with pure consciences, but that you cannot force any religious beliefs upon a population.


I believe Yeshua died on the Cross, shedding His blood to pay for my sins, redeeming me and giving me everlasting life, that because of His death, I now have access to my heavenly Father in the holiest of holies. I believe in a living, intimate, and daily walk with a loving Creator, Savior, and soon to be Bridegroom. I believe that He has placed His precious Spirit within us, His redeemed ones so that we can know the thoughts and will of our heavenly Father and to enable us to live a holy life unto Him. (1 Cor. 2:10 thru end of chapter) Now we have the mind of Christ.


(I am a Republican because I feel up until recently this party has most closely represented my beliefs that stands a chance of defeating leftist views and politics, however it may not be the party that best represents my views and with the direction that this party is heading in, it may soon no longer represent my beliefs. I hope we will vote in more conservative leaders into the Republican party.)
