"Gay Days" at Disney theme parks is an unofficial event that is NOT condoned, nor condemmed by Disney.
In case you didn't know, there is a large cult following of Disney by many gay individuals. They also make up a large number of park employees. To put it VERY simply, "Gay Days" is a way for people to come together, meet, hang out, and enjoy a fun time in a park where they are treated like human beings.
There is also an unoffical "day" called "Bats Day" where thousands of Goths go to the park to have fun. Again, it has nothing to do with Disney. (more) -
