Blur because Oasis has just been releasing the same album since their first to which are very good but they’ve never done anything great since then. Noel Gallagher has become a would be Paul Weller and Liam Gallagher is still an arrogant ass. Blur on the other hand have evolved from britpop to the lo-fi alt rock sound of their self titled album and everything since then. Damon Albarn writes much better lyrics than Noel does. I mean for someone who claims to be such and big Smiths fan Noel's lyrics are pretty emotionally shallow. Even during their britpop days Blur always had something different from their last album. and Damon Albarn has gone onto to do greater more experimental things most notably the Gorillaz. (more)
