If you read the account of the Ancient Tower of Babel, you will see that God confused the speech of the people and dispersed them on the face of the Earth. Many think the world was in one piece at the time. (Pangea) Since the people went to different regions, they (their skin) were affected by both climate and genetics. After time the features became more homogeneous. Those of Northern Climes were more fair skinned, there is of course less intense sun. Those in the Southern Hemispheres were darker skinned, (had more melanin to protect from the sun).
As for genetics, the same characteristics were propagated over and over.

All this stuff was written into the bill. The Republican objected to it, but the Democrats struck down their objection.
The Bill also opens the door for Death Panels. Not in those words, but it states that the elder care will be reviewed every 5 years, in a sense to see if they are "worthy" of coverage. (more) -

NO ONE, I REPEAT, NO ONE will go to heaven because of their good works.
Romans 3:23 All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through
Jesus Christ our Lord.
The only thing you must do with a FREE GIFT is to accept it.
Jesus Christ paid the wages for you. He died in your place.
Believing that Jesus died for you, is accepting the free gift of Salvation.
However, you must first admit that you have sinned against God, your Creator.
It always comes back to your PRIDE.
After we believe, the good we "do" is basically God's work in us.
For we are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works, that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10 (more) -
