RAGING HORMONES! Yes, you can try to tell them no, but there will always be some who are going to do it. It is a simple thing that you are not going to get 100% abstinence. Unless you physically imprison them until you marry them off (hey wait, isn't that the middle east?!), chances are good some of them will have sex before marriage. Wouldn't it be better if they knew how to lessen the chances of STDs and pregnancy in the case that they do have sex? (more)
