Hey Doll,
I couldn't find a picture as long as your hair. But I would do this to the sides of your hair. Then you just take a flat iron and curve it forward. take about 3 or four inches at a time and lightly spray as short a burst as you're able to from the can & curve it forward. You'll hear the spray sizzle a bit. But it won't hurt your hair. In fact it'll insulate it from any heat. Plus Ceramic Irons really don't damage the hair like metal. Or you can get giant velcro rollers. they're bigger than a beer can. ON BONE DRY HAIR, spray the roller with hair spray and roll it forward just enough for the roller to stick. Then hit it with a blow dryer on hot for a minute or two. Then suddenly hit the cold air button for a minute. Then take it out. You're done.
