    Katherine said don't even compare us to those lifting 50 pound sacks all day, waiting tables, digging ditches while we sit in trailors, go out and do something we love to do and never get are hands dirty then make an obscene amount of money for doing it while the majority are working their butts off for little pay.

    I love movies, like Letterman, and others but they don't influence me. These people are doing a job and though they entertain us we really don't know them so it is silly to hang on to every word they say.     (more)

    It is an option and should you lose your insurance, your job, or your insurance company drops you, you will break your neck trying to get a public option for your loved one or yourself..

    People are against something they don't personally need but the minute they are in dire need their thinking changes..

    Many cannot be trusted to not repeat, or will keep your secrets until they are either mad or can use them to their advantage..So low..

    The best way to keep your secrets as well as any told to you is never to repeat them to anyone.     (more)

    +9 raves Some people are unempathetic. It's easy when you can make the payment to wonder why others ar... Some people are unempathetic. It's easy when you can make the payment to wonder why others aren't making the effort..That is just ignorance. Some cannot get health insurance, some pay top dollar because of existing health conditions..

    Isn't it sad that people are foolishly believing what Insurance companies are saying..They tell you you don't want the government telling you what to do, but some bean counter in an insurance company is telling your doctor what tests you can and cannot have, telling you which doctors you are allowed to see, and decling certain treatments..Go figure.

    United States had the highest infant mortality rate of any industrialized country. We have atleast 50 people die needlessly a day because they are turned away at hospitals for not having either insurance, or enough. These are people who could have been treated and possibly lived.

    There are probably more than 50 a day but that was all the data could ascertain.

    That is a sad commentary of the richest country in the world.     (more)

    +6 raves Yes I do. We all often feel as though we have been somewhere and know where things are but haven&... Yes I do. We all often feel as though we have been somewhere and know where things are but haven't been there in this life. We have conversations that we are sure we already had and know what is coming next.

    We meet people and instanty dislike them for no reason, or really click as though we have always been friends.

    I believe it is because though we don't remember a past life, remenents of that past life pop into our heads.

    I don't believe I was some queen, etc as many do. I always laugh because people think they must have been someone famous in another life...How about an ordinary person.     (more)
