Activities

Cooking wonderful meals that nourish the spirit and body not just for myself but also for my loved ones, staying fit by exercising to burn off calories, reading, listening to operas and classical music, looking good (sounds frivolous however, it takes an effort to look good and when the reward is looking good,one does feel good). Being fashionable is not about the latest fashion but having the ability to put together what one already has in the closet and mixing it all up with the inimitable personal style to create an elegant ensemble.

Interests

So many. Yoga, Pilates, Asperger and all Autism Spectrum Disorders are just several of many.

Favorite Music

Italian and French operas, Beethoven, Stravinsky, Ravel, Debussy, etc., 60's and 70's music, Broadway show tunes, movie songs. I am crazy about Rod Stewart's 4 CDs "The Great American Songbook No. I - IV", an awesome collection of great and memorable American music. No rap or hip hop music, please.

Favorite TV Shows

I love Lucy and The Honeymooners because both shows gave me lots of belly laughs.

Favorite Movies

A lot of TCM movies, Joy Luck Club, The King's Speech, Charade, Amelie

Favorite Books

Too many to mention, mostly non fiction.
