About Me
I'm a numpty. Not the Rock 'n' Roll type. I moan. I groan. I love a drink. Music. Craic.
Just hit 50. Other numpty's say why you not crying?
I say would rather be having 50th birthday than bein' burned and urned. Better a party than a wake.(Mark that as fav quote).
Have really warped sense of humour.
Feck sake you need sense of humour to survive.
Take me as you find me. Probably lying outside Joey's Bar in Ballymoney making snow angels or clearing the Bush Tavern by croaking Cry me a River in the style of Julie London.

Well, hello! What a pleasure to hear from you. :O) Love the idea of finding fiends around the world-- even if it begins online, it's still very real. So nice to be able to meet people we like rather than having to settle for the ones who live close by. I came back to one of my 'home towns' after I left the military because my folks are here, and need a bit of help. So now I'm seeing a number of people I went to school with, but I don't remember most of them and I sure don't recognize any of them now-- they're all middle aged! Imagine that-- I'm the only one who hasn't changed a bit. (koff koff)

I know there is indeed a spirit world and evil and good there, too. As for the 'church' manipulating, you are right--the 'church', with quotation marks, but not the church that Christ actually established. Man has changed it and adulterated it. It is corrupted. No church can remain pure without continuing belief in revelation. Don't worry about our friendship--it's fully intact, okay? No problems. I appreciate learning your stance on issues. Thanks for sharing. I think you'll find me reasonable and not a 'religionist' in the usual sense. I make people mad on both sides of the fence--atheist and scientists and hypo-Christians.

You have dogs! I'm sort of between dogs right now-- the last two I had just crushed me when I had to take them in to be put to sleep. My samoyed had a congential hip problem which made it tough for her to get around, and my keeshond was diabetic and prone to growing keratin based cysts and tumors. Wonderful friends they were, and happy-- but it's so hard at the end, I just hate to embark on another road to heartbreak, though I know I'll take the plunge again sooner of later. A house without dogs is basically a pile of bricks and lumber. :O(
Ah... Sunday. For me, it's either really busy or really laid back but I'd take as much snuggle time as I could possibly get. None of the time you spend snuggling is deducted from your life span, you know. Best thing ever. It's been several years since I've even gone out with anyone though. Not that I don't want to, but I just don't have the desire to get all dressed up and do the dating scene these days. So nice to be home at night and surf the net or watch a favorite (British) tv show. Not really sure how to go about it anymore, either-- sure don't want to hang out in bars or church groups. Complain, complain, complain... :O)
I can see I've dumped a LOT of text on you, here-- I'll wrap this up. My name is Bill, by the way. I'm honestly pleased as punch to meet you.
