I've been cleaning alot too~ Especially the last week- I did the whole office and my daughter's bedroom and my husband just left to take it all to goodwill : )
Oh I hate that dust.....I sneeze like crazy!
Did you get anymore advice in your poll about your prob? I forwarded it to my friends list I think....pretty sure I did. I was hoping you'd get some good advice here 'cause I know that alot of people here do sodahead while at work! LOL

My husband and I are cleaning! Jeesh, all the crap in our bedroom closet was insane!!! Years of crap, LOL. I have a sinus headache from all the dust. but we're having fun, in an odd way. Vacation was good. Still haven't dealt with the money. IDK why.

That is so sucky. I'm sorry you have to go through that, but maybe things will turn out better in the end? You may sue for the money they owe you plus time lost/troubles, who knows.
I know you don't want to sue, I wouldn't want to either, but not only should you be compensated, they should not get away with doing that to someone and then to go do it again to someone else.....
Who knows, just maaaaybe things will turn out better somehow- that's what I'm hoping for, for you. I wish I knew something about the law so I could help you....but just try not to think about it too much on your vacation. Have fun and enjoy your sunrises : )

Small family beach. I like the family thing, don't have to look at all the "hotties." Our condo is ocean front. Will get to see the sunrise every morning... that's my favorite time of the day :D Have my coffee on the little balcony and watch the day begin and people and such begin to stir. The people that work get all their stuff done before the tourists wake up and/or get out. I just sit and watch the birds and waves and totally let it all go. I always ask my kids and hubby if they want to see the sunrise, sometimes they do sometimes not ;) I grew up in a tourist beach-town in CT so I get being on the other side of tourism. I really miss being able to go to the beach every day, any season, to just "be." This year we're going fishing for the day in the blue water. My poor hubby has been pier fishing and surf fishing for the past couple of years... he needs a break! (we're spending the money I didn't get on this billing problem anyway. Screw it. We work too hard and and who knows how many family vacations the kids will have time for in the next few years. (college age) The prob w/ this client matter is that it will still be here when I get back. I resent them taking my time away from me more than my money. As it is they caused me to miss my yearly mission trip with my youth group kids. They caused me to push back my vacation until too late in the summer... it has caused my kids to miss out on band practice and sports practice, and one of my sons is a senior this year and he'll miss out on having his pic in the yearbook under band and cross country. Freakin pisses me off! I work for a LIVING, money doesn't cover it all!

Well, unfortunately I have been totally preoccupied with the BS I referenced in this question. I am going on vacation next week. I am just sad that all this will still need to be dealt with when I get back. Good for you on helping Jerry out while he's gone (for two weeks, bastard! LOL)
