About Me
For all who Honor and Support our troops please take time to go to http://www.troopathon.org/ind... This is a good cause and could use your help. Thanks
I am mourning the loss of our great country. She was layed to rest on Nov. 4 2008. She died from too many people falling for the words "hope" and "change" without knowing what type of hope and what changes and just what they would do to the freedoms and principles she was made of.

I am basically a homebody, not by choice mind you. I have several disabilities that keep me pretty much in one spot. Use to love to go camping and being out in the woods and mountains, can't really get a wheelchair to go there. '
I spend a good deal of time going to independent news sites on the internet and keeping my husband informed. I also have really gotten into sending my opinion to my senators and representative. They pretty much know me now. I do not plan on slowing down any either.
I find it exhilarating and stimulating to the mind to having thrown myself into a number of causes.

“The more Congress does, the less Americans prosper. Freedom, not legislation and regulation, is what powers the U.S. economy. The old political wisdom is a sound investment guideline, too: That government is best that governs least.” —Jeff Jacoby
“…This we know: the Earth does not belong to man, man belongs to the Earth.”
— Chief Seattle
"Reader suppose you were an idiot, and suppose you were a member of congress. But I repeat myself." Mark Twain
"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary."
-- H.L. Mencken
"Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it."
-- Ronald Reagan
Silence, they say, is the voice of complicity.
But silence is impossible.
Silence screams.
Silence is a message,
just as doing nothing is an act.
Let who you are ring out & resonate
in every word & every deed.
Yes, become who you are.
There's no sidestepping your own being
or your own responsibility.
What you do is who you are.
You are your own comeuppance.
You become your own message.
You are the message.

A persons true wealth can not be measured by what they have gathered into their lodge, it can only be measured by the many hearts that smile when the person enters a room.
"There are a great many God-fearing, dedicated, noble men and women in public life, present company included. And yes, we need your help to keep us ever-mindful of the ideas and the principles that brought us into the public arena in the first place. The basis of those ideals and principles is a commitment to freedom and personal liberty that, itself is grounded in the much deeper realization that freedom prospers only where the blessings of God are avidly sought and humbly accepted. The American experiment in democracy rests on this insight. Its discovery was the great triumph of our Founding Fathers, voiced by William Penn when he said: 'If we will not be governed by God, we must be governed by tyrants'." --Ronald Reagan
"Liberty must at all hazards be supported. We have a right to it, derived from our Maker. But if we had not, our fathers have earned and bought it for us, at the expense of their ease, their estates, their pleasure, and their blood. ... A Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty, once lost, is lost forever. Our obligations to our country never cease but with our lives." --John Adams

One step closer to the take over of America by the terrorists. You know I would not at all be surprised if Odumdum shows up there or sends someone to represent him there. Gee and of all places to hold it his home town of Chicago. Big surprise there too. We can expect to see more of this garbage with him in office. NEVER would they have considered being so open before. This makes me sick. (more)

What a great thing to do for kids who probably have little to no hope. I can just imagine how this touched them. I couldn't get through this with out crying. It does a heart good to know that there is still hope for this world when people can reach out to others in this way things look hopeful again. (more) -

He has yet to prove he is eligible for the position and I will not follow someone who took an oath to Protect, defend the Constitution while lying with every word. He is very inexperienced. He seems to think that no one has a right to question him even reporters. It's going to be four very very long years. If the supreme court keeps jerking around. (more)

He is an Usurper he is NOT POTUS though his zombies would like to twist the Constitution every which way but right to get it to suit their needs. Keep posting these things There are those of us out here who believe that today was a clear violation of the Constitution and that Odummy has shown absolutely NO hint that he will every honor that oath he faked his way through. Lincoln must have turned over in his grave hearing how this Usurper keeps comparing himself to him. Our Founding Fathers can NOT be happy tonight. (more) -

Government is not responsible for our childrens' day care, upgrading our TV's to digital, spending billions of dollars to create jobs, teaching nutrition. Come on people why are we allowing this government to spend ours, our children, grand childrens money this way? Our kids are going to be the ones left holding the bill for all these programs. We look more and more like we are playing out the book 1984. How far are we going to let this kind of thing go before we show our elected ( or in some cases paid for) politicians how angry we are and how fed up we are that they are over spending OUR money. This is really ridiculous that they are putting this off till after the Usurper fakes his oath and unconstitutionally takes over the white house. What a bunch of morons. (more)

If the government would let these companies find their own way out we would be on the road to recovery. We can NOT keep bailing out every business, state or county. We should have never bailed out the financial institutes, NEVER should the automakers received a dime. Putting more money to bailing anyone out will only prolong the problem and cost us the taxpayers more money. I am sick of it. It is time to say good buy to every dirty politician in DC and start over. ONLY those willing and who have consistently followed the Constitution should remain in office. The rest Go home no retirment no more super health benefits you get what every one of your constituents get ... screwed. (more)

What more is there to add. the definition they gave while reading it says it all. Too bad we have so many morons who can't seem to understand it. I never wanted to have a gun in my home. My first husband had a rifle he used for Turkey shooting and when he passed on I gave it to a friend of his. Last Feb. some people threatened my son and myself. I told my husband he was buying me a gun and teaching me to shoot it. I was in the hospital on election day. I got out the day after on our way home I made my husband stop at the sporting goods store to buy more ammunition. I don't keep the gun very far from me. Most of the time I am home a lone, I am disabled I don't take chances anymore. I agree with this woman and this video we should NOT be restrained from carrying our guns with us in our purse or having it near us at home. It is our RIGHT and I won't give it up. (more)

I have one tattoo that I got about 8 yrs ago. I really never thought I'd get a tattoo nor did I ever like them but I kept having this dream about getting a bear, eagle and owl tattoo. The 3 animals that are most prominent in my life. I couldn't find any pictures that were what I wanted, I talked to the artist at length and he came up with the perfect picture of how I had dreamed it. All I can say is give them an idea of what you really want and maybe they can draw something up that will just hit and you;ll know that's it. Mine is on my back on the left shoulder. Believe it or not I never felt a thing when he did it. Good luck with yours. (more)

You are most welcome, and
oops, I seem to have presented the case in reverse. lol However, I think if I were a skunk, I might prefer not to resort to dog food, huh?
I promise to only raise a stink when the issue is one that i cannot bear.
