Pretty woman are a dime a dozen and sometimes beauty is not enough. You have to have something behind that to really make it. I tried it for awhile when I was younger. I was told I needed to lose weight and I was 110 and 5'8". A friend was told to get a nose job. Another friend took some shotty home photos and as soon as she turned 18 she was signed up with a big agency and traveled the world working as a professional model. It depends on you. (more)

Hi lou lou - it's been so long since we've been on the same polls...I thought I would swing by to say hello and find out how you're doing.
My summer garden (veggies) will be planted soon - I'm being cautious after having to replant two or three times last year. Spring is gorgeous here - wildflowers and sweet bird song.

Which Java? I had no idea there were two.

Hi Jen How are you. How has it been on here. I am not on here much. I dont really feel it, but I thought to write you a bit about my trip and a particular experience I had. I think you would be a good person to bend minds around the subject. However I am bust rearranging our spare room, so I got to go with that flow. Dogs humping is not necessarily a dominance thing.... It seems that he just isn't sure how to play with other dogs in a group and humping is fun to him. Just keep doing what you are, correcting him and making sure he knows that it's not acceptable. He hasn't really been socialized much until you have had him so it just takes time =)

Welcome back, lou lou! Good to hear from you. Yes, I understand and relate to the dissonance you felt between the beauty of Bali and the pain of its poverty. My husband and I had the same response during our trips to Mexico 25 years ago and never resolved it.
When I travel in undeveloped countries, I bring lactobacillus acidophilus with me and take it every day. Additionally, I get idodine for washing vegetables and stick to bottled drinks, no ice. Of course, there's always the fact that dishes weren't washed with filtered water but if you're reasonably careful, you should be alright.
If, after the cleanse, you don't feel better, think about a little expedition to your doc for a parasite check...
