Congress has been getting out of hand and overstepping their powers through imagined loopholes. At least Republicans can show some restraint and know how to better handle money. You can't tax people into equality and then spend it all on useless junk expecting it to make money or jobs. If you over tax the corporations, they start collapsing causing a rise in unemployment and a loss of some products (we already see this happening with the plunging market) Some of the largest companies in America are going through huge downsizing runs (read lay-offs) in order to cope with the losses in profit, both real and projected. This just puts more stress on an already wavering market. Cutting taxes or creating jobs for tax-payers (not using illegal immigrants for the labor) helps put more money into the economy boosting sales, giving companies the incentive to re-hire, few unemployed citizens. It makes sense and if you use the percentages to put the two plans in a side-by-side comparison, you can see what works and what doesn't. (more) -
