It may also help to look at some of the character profiles already there. The only 2P! character that almost exactly like his 1P! counterpart is Russia, just a lot lot creepier.

Make sure to read the canvas, it'll give you a general description of 2P! Hetalia and how the characters act. To make it easy, 2P! Hetalia Characters are pretty much the alter egos/opposites of the 1P! Characters. So whatever is the opposite of 1P! Sweden's personality, attitudes, hobbies, etc. is what 2P! Sweden will be like.
