Even though his lyrical themes are largely ficticious, there is an imaginitive quality and style that I really connect with somehow... I also connect with Pearl Jam on a more literal basis. (more)

I would have to go against Plato and Socrates and say that "Good" and "Evil" are purely subjective you cannot really say. I tend to agree with the Relativists. But if I were pressed to choose the most prominent activities that are currently residing under the adjectives “Good” and “Evil” I would have to say that Evil prevails. Ironically, “Good” tends to obstruct our everlasting quest for pleasure, therefore getting commonly discarded. Injustice is more profitable, and people equate profit with pleasure. (more)

In an age that was totally plagued by horrible synthesizer pop and hair bands, (the 80's of course), there were two saviors: the Cure and Rush. “Disintegration” is an absolutely phenomenal pop/shoegaze album.. Though it was still shrouded in the 80's synths, it was beautifully surreal and downright catchy. One of my favorite albums EVER. (more)
