I had an ectopic pregnancy several years ago. The egg was fertilized in my left fallopian tube and never reached the uterus. I wasn't aware that I was pregnant until I doubled over in *extreme pain and taken to the hospital...where they ran tests. It was explained to me that I was very close to having my tube rupture, which would have killed me. It was an emergency. In all honesty, I didn't have time to give it a whole lot of thought. I asked the doctors if I could just wait and see if everything would be OK, and they had to break it to me UNGENTLY that it was a serious, life-threatening "condition" that needed immediate treatment.

I did not have an "abortion", and I loath people who try to make it seem like I did. I would never have an abortion - and, in fact, a baby would not have reached full term in a fallopian tube. Still very difficult to discuss, but the baby would not have survived. I had a choice to have the surgery to save my life, or die waiting for my baby to die in my fallopian tube.

Talk about a terrible position for a woman to be in. You can't win, either way, with an ectopic pregnancy :-(

A brief search on 'Eric Boehlert', is quite telling of his flaming liberalness.

Now that the victim has resigned, maybe he can go back to the recording studio with the rest of his thug friends who hate white Americans.

They are careless - they have mixed patient social security numbers up in the past, and they mailed "his" prescription, which wasn't his prescription AT ALL. They admitted to somehow getting his social confused with another patient's and mailing the wrong prescriptions to each.

It was reported the other day about vets being mailed letters to inform them they had Lou Gehrig's disease (Here's the article ), when, in fact, they did not. The VA manned up to their mistake and apologized.

My husband dealt with constant VA billing errors, and even had his taxes offset due to a billing mistake. The VA never did tell him how the mistake happened, but we're pretty sure it involved yet another social security mix up.

This is exactly what government run health care will be like, and everyone should be concerned about this.

This should not be happening in this country. I am so ashamed and disappointed that a majority of voters allowed this to happen.

I don't care who Obama is, he needs to stay out of this and REFRAIN from stating his opinions regarding how a police officer handled his job. The man was arrested for verbally abusing a police officer/disorderly conduct. End of story.

Obama is not big daddy to how police handle their affairs. He needs NOT be trying to get them to "kiss and make up". Any other citizen would have been arrested for this exact behavior. There are NO exceptions. You don't exempt someone from the law because they are black and a friend of the president. What kind of message does this send out to kids - that as long as you're black, you can get away with verbally abusing an officer of the law?

The fact is, an investigation was in progress - even though the professor was innocent, he became GUILTY of something the moment he abusively opened his trap and became uncooperative.

Oh, by the way, more articles are circulating about how the prez wants to have both men over to the white house for a beer, and that he still thinks the officer was wrong for making the arrest. Just, wow!

Why does Obama think he needs to "manage" how this officer made an arrest? HE is the officer, not Obama!

Couldn't Obama's meddling be seen as obstruction of justice?
