I am a happily married conservative woman with a great husband and two beautiful daughters, two handsome sons, two lovely daughter-in-laws and one focused son-in-law, four wonderful grandsons and three wonderful granddaughters, all a once in a lifetime absolute gifts from God.

I'm sick to death and totally fed up with the liberals in this great Nation dictating to me and all other conservatives of these United States how I should think and run my life. I truly believe we have an obligation to support ourselves the best way we can and help those in need. I believe that no one has the right to tell me that I have to or make me pay to support people too lazy to work for themselves. My money is mine and as long as I earned it my money is mine to spend as I see fit. The government's job is to oversee the every day workings of this country, not to dictate or meddle in private businesses or homes and lastly I believe government should protect us from outside attacks and the occasional in-country loose terrorist nuts.

The House and Senate should not be seen as a career that lasts decades. Term limits are needed. When politicians have retirement plans that is a hint of problems to come. I do not believe that the Founding Fathers had the current events happening in our Country in mind. These sorry self-serving jackasses in our Congress today need to pack up and head home.

Contrary to what some would like to believe this Country was built on Christianity. I am sick to death of "diversity." I resent that I and those that feel as I do are the ones who have to make changes and be tolerant of others beliefs and/or customs while my beliefs are pushed aside, considered obsolete, unimportant, and outdated.

I believe that the biggest problem with the Conservatives of this Nation is that we have been complacent, and respectful of the Liberals agenda and interest. But,worst of all we have been quiet. It is time that we stand up and not only be counted but also heard.

I cannot think of any one person that I just need to meet. All the important people are already in my life.

Listening (my activity) to my youngest son's opinions on his hobby of gun collecting and he does collect many of them. Patiently and quietly (my activity) observing my husband and youngest daughter cheer the Alabama Crimson Tide football team, they collect and read anything Tide. My oldest son and his wife share their hobby of scuba diving with us. (my activity here is babysitting their children and seeing all the great pictures they bring back).

All my interests are family oriented. We have many hobbies we share with one another. The usual sewing, reading, fishing and vacationing together. Cerebrations for whoever may be experiencing an event at the time. We share music and books. We are all members of clubpogo.com and facebook.com

Rolling Stones, Michael Bolton, 60's and 70's classics, Dwight Yokem, Waylon Jennings and I've told my kids not to tell their Dad but I do listen to some Eminem.

CSI's, Criminal Minds, Mentalist, NCIS, Numbers. I own all the Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis Series, The Star Trek Movies and all the different series of Star Trek.

Gone With The Wind and Tombstone are my all time favorite movie, but I have many others. I particularly enjoy the older movies. I have had to seat through Stars Wars, Superman and too many horror movies to list because of my kids.

I do not re-read books once I have read them. Movies I can watch many times. I'm into mystery and detective type works. I read a lot of series like James Patterson and his Alex Cross novels.
