The author of this web site is Attorney Kenneth Phillips. A lawyer for 34 years, he is regarded as the nation's leading authority in dog bite law. His practice is devoted exclusively to representing dog bite victims throughout the United States. Additionally, he assists legislators in drafting dog bite laws, appears in the news, teaches seminars, and writes books and articles about dog bite law.
I belong to a group"People Against Pitbulls," , who have been attacked, had a family member severly mauled and/or killed, or had their pets killed or severly injured by pit bulls. My question is what is Anne Arundel counties and/or state of Maryland's position on banning Pitbulls. Also, is the state of Maryland a "one bite law" state. Also, people argue that it is ok to have a pitbull if you raise them properly. However, Mr. Phillips cases has proven this ideaology is 100% wrong. Their violence is in their DNA.
