I'm only 5ft, but I lift weights occasionally and enjoy piercings and tattoos (I currently have 2 tattoos and 15 piercings), so I can come off slightly intimidating nonetheless. I usually play nice though, so feel free to talk to me

Harley unexpectedly fell for the Joker while working with him in Arkham, while Sweeney Todd was more or less duped into the relationship by Lovett, which Sweeney ended after he realized what'd happened.
Joker and Harley however are pretty much stuck together forever
