As a pastor I am involved with many different areas of ministry. After taking care of my mother through her bout of lung cancer and the experience and connection to Hospice, I am now working to further my credentials in serving as a Hospice Chaplain. I follow the Lord's plan of action in regards to morals and life in general. Many people struggle when seeking the truth of the word. I would rather people seek on their own and struggle with clarity, than miss the word all together. I'm not in favor of bashing people with God's word.... Scripture has to make sense in order for people to apply it to their lives. When the Holy Spirit steps in, people will begin to see and understand...............

People are often surprised to find out I am a female pastor!

I enjoy teaching at various retreats for women and children. Even though my own beliefs are Christian and I am conservative in the political realm, I do enjoy reading and participating on other's blog. I tend to like to find out why people perceive things the way they do. I am not a judgmental person. Freedom and choice are part of the life experience of each individual. Where we end may not be where we began..............

The Bible. I find it very interesting. If you give it a chance it can be thought provoking. It's always a good thing when people begin to search, read and think for themselves.

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. Love does not demand its own way. Love is not irritable, and it keeps no record of when it has been wronged. It is never glad about injustice, but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. Love will last forever........... There are three things that will endure - Faith, Hope and Love - And the greatest of these is LOVE!

No heroes for me, God is good enough. My mother set a wonderful example and if I could be half of what she was, I will be happy.
