Judge my posts on their content, without reading anything into them that is not there. I will try to do the same with yours. Some of my favourite people on this site are those who disagree with me. It's supposed to be a chat forum, not a circle jerk. If you can't handle opinions other than your own, then please don't talk to me. If you just want to talk only to people who agree with you, then there are political, religious, and other web sites that cater to that.
I do block people who spam; people who are not intelligent enough to learn when taught something new; and people who do not understand what logic fallacies are even after they are explained in detail. I don't block people who disagree with me if they are polite and reasonable.

Interests
"My interests" are not going to be posted in a public forum like this one. I'm not a "Capricorn"; we should be able to delete nonsense like zodiac signs from our "profile info".
My purpose on this site isn't to change beliefs. However, I do think it's important for people to know what the following terms REALLY mean: secular and secularism; scientific theory and scientific method; atheist, agnostic, and deist; and faith, trust and belief. Once we agree on what words actually mean, a lot of our disagreements either disappear, or become manageable.
I think it's important to know what logic fallacies are, and to explain them to those who use them. Ideas based on fallacies are usually wrong, and often harmful, so it's important to point them out.
And I think it's important to point out that climate change denial, evolution denial, tobacco-causes-cancer denial, round-earth denial, conspiracy delusions, and all other forms of anti-science and anti-knowledge nonsense have the same source, and are believed by the same people.

Hey Seth, I haven't been on Soda a few months but it's nice to see and read your comments. You answer the questions with your truth and I like that. If we had more people separating church and state we wouldn't be in most or all the crap we are in. I wounder if Mitt will be our Prophet - :-) well ill yell at you later, stay cool
