  This is what you do, alex. You become a monk. You ask G-d into your life and you ask HIM to show you how to be happy. Sadness is something I had all my life. I chosed the wrong path of happiness many times until I arrive at this point, and if you are sad - it is because of SRY- and also that you haven't found why you are this way. Find, the Creator, and you will find your answer. Some of us are born with afflications---and in my studies- it is better to be a monk than to be a sinner. Just go ask G-d. Pick up a Holy Bible that you understand (english language ) and get on your knees- close your eyes and ask HIM--why are you sad....after praying very ernestly and also very sincere- get up - close your eyes- open the book and the answer will be there. If you have faith- because without faith--there is nothing. Don't be disppointed if you don't understand the scripture. G-d will enlighten you in some way and that scripture will be understood.
