Those are unsubstantiated rumours. WB is busy counting its money and having to deal with the postponement of Harry Potter6 (for several reasons) and has no time for the next Batman movie. The script is not even written much less any casting decision except for Bale, Caine, Freeman and Oldman. Don't panic.

Aaron Eckhart would be back, the Joker was supposed to be back, so the question is who would replace him (i think he was fuckin awesome tho so no one should!!). They don't know which villains yet, but no Penguin, Mr. Freeze, or anyone like that. and NO ROBBIN!!

Johnny wouldn't do Batman I don't think. I actually don't know if a mellow guy like Johnny could pull it off... but then again Heath was mellow too!!!

And Cher hasn't been cast, no one has yet.
