  • Kinetico seems to do quite well here in Newbury, and they are a VERY well-known company. They always have a set-up at the Fair every year. Sounds like you enjoy working for them,well that is great, and I hope it stays that way for you! Its nice to know that there are some people who actually like their jobs!! I don't think Kinetico is going anywhere, so I don't think you need to worry about that!

  • Thanks for asking - Right now I have over $ 13.000.00 in orders that need installation . I just finished a home show here this weekend, got two more appointments and have another show on the 14th of Nov. Finishing the year with a bang but the first 6 months were dismal. Maybe the economy is turning around . : }

  • Yes, and thanks! I didn't respond directly to "Faith' because i knew she would get all belligerent. It would have ended the same way, I think. I don't feel bad...I've only been blocked by 2 people and for the same reason! The first person was even dumber and more hostile than "Faith", and the person who posted the blog told this girl she was immature and that she was going to block her...POETIC JUSTICE!!!! Someone who is neocon i will listen to if they are not insulting, but they almost never try to be mature and tactful, so I just tell them I'm not wasting my time with them anymore. i HAVE blocked quite a few people!! Thank you for the support..how is Kinetico in your area doing?

  • I have to answer you on your profile, because "Faith' has blocked me from answering her question. This is only the 2nd time I've been blocked, and both times I have been it was because I said i hate Bush and blame him for the country's "state". She said i was "off my rocker and uneducated" She can kiss my ass, she's the one who has a problem! This was to her"If we were attacked by terrorists again' post. Anyway, thanks for seeing my side...she may block you too, but you are right, not her!!!

  • Yes, that is my Schatzi! She is a 6 month old "Chocolate" Sable Female Ferret. I also have an 8 Month old "Badger" Sable Female Ferret named Engel (Angel in English). This is all I have left of my 5 Crew "Business" (a business is what they call a group of Ferrets or European Polecats.) About two weeks ago I had the misfortune of having my Male Alpha die of Tumors on his Lungs. He was a 5 year old Ruby-eyed Albino Male named Silas. He was also my first Ferret. 3 Months ago I lost a 4 year old Male DEW (Dark-eyed White) named Woodstock, or Woody. He got into a kitty-litter box at night and suffocated. And within a week, my first Sable, a Female named Starr wiggled through an imposable space and got out our Doggy-door. I never got Starr back. I lost Silas twice, but with a pretty hefty Reward, got him back twice. Silas came to me at a time when I was really feeling useless, and was considering an exit plan. I spent 30 years as an important member of the Military, and now, I am quickly deteriorating. No longer worth much BUT, I was trapped in a collapsed building in Vietnam for 28 hours. Now, I suffer a tremendous fear of being trapped (Morbid Claustrophobia.) Well, my Son got Silas as a gift. (I hate gifting a living animal) He was caged, but hated being caged. He would hang on the bars like a prisoner, and shake. So when my son wasn't home, I'd sneak in and bring him to my 3 room suite, master bedroom, bathroom and big walk in closet. I do NOT cage them ever, but they have an open cage available if they feel safer. They NEVER go in it. They sleep in drawers under my bed. They have several burrows too to play in. They have free run and particularly Schatzi climbs into my bed every morning, and licks my lips, (I probably drool-LOL!) and nuzzles my chin beard. She used to sleep in my hands because Silas would not accept her into his business, and would beat her up. She was safe with me. Now she sleeps with Engel in my underwear drawer, but never fails to come to romp on my bed at dawn and dusk.
    These lil' gals litterly saved my life, because I know they need me. Few people would give them the freedoms I do. But seeing Silas in a cage, I used to choke and become super anxious. My 26 year old son thinks I am senile. He says they stink. Maybe, but I think they smell like buttered popcorn. He tells his friends, it is hard to imagine that I was an old chief that once humped the rice paddies, and I guess it is funny, but I do love these furry little creatures. Oh , the dog, yes, my little Schatzi, who was obviously the runt with her kits, is still tiney, only half of Engels size, will run and attack our dog, a Rottweiler, Beagle mix puppy of about 6 months old. But gigantic compared to her. She has no fear. (One of the problems when they go missing. Fearless, but helpless against the Brown Eagles and dogs and cats around here.)
    Well, more than you wanted to hear I am sure. But thank you for your agreeing to join me on Sodahead. I am uncertain what a match, politically, socially, we are, but welcome.
