    We hear endlessly that the US Supreme Court renders "final verdicts" on the Constitutionality of a law.

    What would we do in the US if President Obama had defied our Supreme Court and went ahead doing something that the Court forbade him to do? In this case, having a referendum that supported an additional term, even though the Courts FORBADE it?

    So much for the "Rule of Law", huh?
