About Me
Born in Detroit in 1959. Grew up in Chicago. US Military from 1978 to 1988. Natioanl Guard from 1988 to 1998. Taught school if Detroit Public Schools from 1988 until 1999. Took a job in NYC, watched the World Trade Centers fall. Moved to Virginia, teach in a private school and substitute in public schools. Started teaching at the University of Virginia in 2009. Married three times. First wife died in car accident. Second wife died of cancer. Third wife still alive, 4 wonderful kids.
No Democracy can last once the people figure out they can vote open the doors of the treasury.
