It's impossible for him to be "busy", since he can do anything with a thought.
Among many other inconsistencies like the fact the marine would be court martialed, that if god were protecting the troops, they wouldn't need body armor, and armored vehicles, cause nothing can oppose god.

I've been speculating that if we did things the way I wanted, segregate all the people who reject evolution and shove them down into the south, and take away all that technology our hethenistic science and medicine provides them, we'd see the degradation of society and evolution into a people that would act purely on instinct and revert to a tribal system putting a shaman (or a pastor/priest) at the top of the ladder to hand down wisdom.
