She needs to want to change for herself and want you to help otherwise you are just wasting your time and it seems like she is not ready for any of that and the reason why she is not ready is because there is always someone like you picking up the pieces for her. I know this is hard for you but you need to let her fall on her face and let her do things on her own so that she can see her own mistakes. Show her that no matter what she does to you that she has no control over you and that you are better in many ways.
