As a former professional photog I miss a lot of the nuances that I got from my old 3mm. and yet I revel in the ease and instantaneous feedback of my digital. Plus that ease of just downloading and sending the pics out. Keep taking those pics of the girls they mean even more when they are grown. I sit and look at that cute little 7 year old goofing around and being so cute and the memories fly into my head. Not to say I couldn't be more proud of the young woman she has become. I just miss that little thing sometimes. She was so precious. dang now I'm all teary. Think I better write to her and remind her how much love in my heart I have because of her.
Oh Julie these are wonderful. What an impish smile MG has. Hannah is too cute and looks so sweet sitting with her sister. The purple snowsuit cracks me up. Gives the feeling like, "Hey I think there's a kid in there somewhere" he he.
I know what you mean about stopping time. In my mind my step daughter is still 7 dancing around the house naked. When in fact she's 21 and off making her own life. brings tears of joy and sadness at the same time. I know now what's meant by the saying "enjoy them while they are young". Cant' wait though to see the new pics. big hugs
Mary is wearing the gloves because she scratches herself. I know what you mean about hating party dresses. I'm a lot more comfortable in a pair of old jeans and a tshirt. I'm a major tomboy.
I love this first one. Dang that Hannah's a cutie. Seems like a good big sister too. Mary been scratching herself? I ask cause of the gloves. Or is she just one of those prim little ladies like my Mary who only wanted to wear party dresses to school. My sister and I had to wear white gloves to church all the time. Hated it. Hated the party dresses as well. Just wanted my jeans and tshirts. lol. what a tomboy I was and am.
Hey Julie glad I checked back. What cute Christmas babies. I love how hannah is holding Mary. *heart sighs*. How fun the little one will be by this summer. Dang they grow fast.
Welcome Julie. Hannah is just the cutest little button. I don't know if Mike told you that my younger sister's name is Mary Grace. And now I find out your cat is named Lily. so is mine. go figure.
