Not sure how to tell ya'll this.....but ever since cars got computers....the prosecutors and defense attorneys have had snapshots of what EXACTLY was happening in your vehicle at the time of an accident....They know if you were braking or accelerating and how hard...they know if there was more than you in the car and they know if you were turning to avoid contact ...what direction and how hard. They/I can go back for 1/2 hour before impact......I know this because I am an auto mech and I can access the information....In fact....they contact me to read it then testify in court....and those cell phones we all carry.....you ever cruise at night and have your phone in the car cubby where you can see it....and all the sudden the screen lights up?....you just got "pinged". The phone company knows where your phone is....and you.
