There are chips in most Drivers Licenses that have been issued in the past couple of years, as well as newer Passports. If you live in a larger city, they take your picture every couple of blocks, all in the name of "Crime Fighting".
Why wouldn't they be tracking any website where there is a possibility for the fomentation of "unacceptable" thought?
