awwww thats a wee shame poor soul,that is weird your grampa's got parkinsons disease (that is a rare illness) sorry the wierdness I mean is I have another connection to you
so did my great uncle he died from parkinsons.(it is an unfair disease)
I know how hard that will be,especially to look after him.

I know, he couldnt help it. I havent heard for my folks yet on how he is but he will need a lot of help coz he cant look after himself due to his parkinsons & he had a stroke years ago that also affects his brain function as well as the parkinsons. I think i will have an early night & iam off work tommorrow anyway so i can rest then too. I think we knew each other in our previous lives too.

Thank you sweetheart it means a lot, i wish you could be here too. I still went to work today though coz i think that if i hadnt i would have cracked up & my family need me to be stronger than that right now. It was hard but keeping busy has helped me. Light the smudge stick
Blow it gently until it is well alight

Move clockwise around the house & clockwise around each room in turn, wafting the smoke as you go.
(Make sure you do this thoroughly making sure all the corners are included)
Repeat this action 3 times in each room whilst saying...
I command negativity, fears, habits & bad influences to be gone.

You could always scatter salt to clear negative energy too.
