I have been married to my husban since 1976. We have two adopted daughters. Our oldest is mixed black and our youngest is mixed hispanic.
I spent 25 years working civil service and 20 years in the AF Res. I was the first female loadmaster on the C5 aircraft.

We have two dogs now, our oldest dog is a 5 year old female Shepard, Husky, Beagle mix. Our newest dog is a 7 month old male shepard mix. He is bigger already than the older dog.

    +2 raves I am not into science enough to make a comment on this but I will say that I am not a big believe... I am not into science enough to make a comment on this but I will say that I am not a big believer in the Al Gore theory of greenhouse warming. The earth has gone through many ice ages and warming spells long before we started polluting the earth. I believe we should cut down on pollution but I am against the "Cap and Trade" bill and the Kyoto Protocol. I am also against the treaty from the UN that Obama wants to sign giving away our national sovereingty and having to pay out money to other countries when we already have such a huge national debt.     Our biggest savings would be seen with TORT reform which is not even mentioned in this gigantic bill.

    The reform is just a simple law that would cover people with preexisting conditions.

    The third reform is to make it easier for insurance underwritters to write policies that can follow a person from state to state.

    The government says there are about 50 million without insurance. The statistics break down to 1/3 are illegal aliens, 1/3 are between the ages of 18 and 35 and choose not to have insurance and the lasts 1/3 could be mostly covered when the three reforms listed above are enacted.     (more)
