I am retired but I still work part time. I was born and raised in Poughkeepsie, NY, but have accepted the Mid-South of Tennessee as my home.

Banks, mortgage companies, and some of the people who couldn't afford the loans. Watching a news show last week, there was a woman on there from Boston, that defaulted on her home mortgage. Common Sense will tell you an income of $1600/month and a mortgage above that. You can't afford it! She blames the bank. I say she is stupid and so was the bank for lending her the money!
