"The ego is a monkey catapulting through the jungle: Totally fascinated by the realm of the senses, it swings from one desire to the next, one conflict to the next, one self-centered idea to the next. If you threaten it, it actually fears for its life. Let this monkey go. Let the senses go. Let desires go. Let conflicts go. Let ideas go. Let the fiction of life and death go. Just remain in the center, watching. And then forget that you are there." Lao Tzu

It is perhaps the history of the errors of mankind, all things considered, that is more valuable and interesting than that of their discoveries. Truth is uniform and narrow; it constantly exists and does not seem to require so much an active energy as a passive aptitude of soul, in order to encounter it.

Well, I'm a Leo so I understand other Leos for sure and I won't say that I am a Buddhist but I tend to embrace the peaceful zen tendencys so what can I say you're my kind of person! I like most people from all paths in life usually. Peace.
Thank you for choosing me and welcome. I feel as if I sort of hit the Sodahead jackpot today, a buddhist and a Leo. : )

I love your answer to, "Is George W. Bush an idiot"?

But error is endlessly diversified. It has no reality but is the pure and simple creation of the mind that invents it. In this field, the soul has room enough to expand herself to display all her boundless faculties and all of her beautiful and interesting extravagances and absurdities. Benjamin Franklin
