Since you are tall and thin (too thin, I think) the blood rushes out of your head making you dizzy.

I also suspect you might be hypoglycemic.(low blood sugar) it is sort the opposite of Diabetes. That too can cause dizziness.
http://www.hypoglycemia.org/
They both can be related to Diabetes, but not always. I have had both problems most of my life, and am checked for Diabetes every year and do not have it.
Because you are so thin, you may not be getting proper nutrition.
Are you a picky eater or junk food junkie?
A lot of people suffer from mal-nutrition due to the type of food we eat these days. Try to be as good quality food conscious as you possibly can, eliminate all processed foods (white sugar, white flour, white rice) and pre packaged food. Get more fruits and vegetables and fish n your diet. I would get a good quality multi-vitamin with Iron, a vitamin D supplement, min. 1000mgs some kind of Omega 3 supplement (flax seed oil, fish oil, olive oil ) minimum of 1000mgs. Good quality oils can help with dry skin a lot.

Did the doctor give you hydro cortisone cream? You can buy it over the counter. It should help the itching, but my guess is that it is only a side symptom of whatever is wrong.
Try these first, give yourself a month, and see how it goes.
Added: I read below that you work at night. You could be vitamin D deficient. I might up the vitamin D 3000mgs. and try to get at least 15mins of sun a day. It is important to get it in your eyes. Look up towards the sun (not at it) and let your eyes soak it up. Also let your hands and feet get some sun. (more) -

Thanks. Don't apologize for not being on SHs for any time, everyone needs a break. I got off work early tonight and I may conclude computer activities early and get some sleep. I am fatigued. I thought you might like to see that I do more than making things from foreign words...

Hi, just one more [picture. I looked for this one. It is a Japanese (king fisher) predator. Sitting by himself on a dead branch looking for food...
Didn't mean to bother you. But I have looked for this picture since we last spoke....

Here is a picture of the word "water" in Japanese. It has been copied and recopied so much that the details are lacking but you get the idea. I took first place at the County fair with it and at a contest of area artists I received third place. The second picture is a vase that was Raku fired. I threw the vase on the wheel. It almost has a metallic shell. But again it too has a detail problem from so many copies.

It is post cubism and very good at that. I am impressed with the devils. I don;t do portraits and anyone who can is aces in my book.

I will send you a copy of two pictures that I can scan. and one that was downloaded from my camera. As long as they remain yours and not the world's I am happy. You are talented and appreciate the work... trust me, I know the effort that goes into them.

If you did the art, i am impressed. I know of Martinez's work but the other stuff is nice. I do art myself. Not brave enough to post it.
Thanks for the picture of my two most favored people...

Nice! I'd like to be sitting at that table. Who cares about perspective, anyway...
We went to the opera this year and saw Elixer of Love and Natalie Dessay's debut as Violetta in La Traviata. It was incredible. There were nine of us - family - so our time was half reunion, half culture.

Hi, Elljaye - just got back from Santa Fe (we went to meet up with family and go to the opera) and I saw a painting that looks very much like your avatar in one of Santa Fe's many galleries. That was a fun surprise!
How are you? Painting?

Yes I am... Actually I will be again someday in the probably not-too-distant future I just needed a change. I know I thought you were in my friends too. It can be amazing how many people you discover you thought were in your friends and they aren't.
Don't beat yourself up. There are tons of people who don't seem to know that I am actually DK. Never thought changing my name would be that effective... LMAO
