About Me

I'm not really a fan of filling out profiles, if you want to know anything you can ask me yourself.I'll have a few things here though, and this will continue to be a work in progress as I'm sure I'll constantly think of things to add.

Favorite Music

I'm a huge fan of hard rock and metal of all kinds, and those are my two favorite genres, with Metallica, Lacuna Coil, and Tool being my favorite three bands, in that order. However there's something in pretty much every genre I could say I would enjoy, from ancient Celtic on up to the present day.Except for modern bubblegum country, that crap is unbearable.

Favorite TV Shows

Firefly is about the best TV show ever made, by far.If you've never heard of it, look it up on Hulu and check out a couple episodes.Your mind WILL be blown.

Favorite Movies

The Star Wars and Lord of the Rings series are my favorites overall, though there are hundreds of movies I would recommend for one reason or another.

Favorite Books

Stephen King is my favorite author, with The Dark Tower series being epic personified, though I'm a big fan of H.P. Lovecraft, Poe, Tolkien(obviously), Sci-Fi authors of many different sorts, Philip K. Dick, Bradbury, Ellison, alternate history literature, such as Orwell's Nineteen Eighty Four, which was basically a prophecy of what the world is actually becoming, especially in particularly deluded countries where most of the population is brainwashed into believing the government actually cares anything whatsoever about the overall well being of their populace, when it's pretty obvious they only care about themselves and their profiteering, like the US and UK(sorry for the ramble), the Alice in Wonderland books are what I consider to be the best examples of how a simple story can be flawless, and tons of others.

Favorite Quotes

"Deep, into that darkness peering, long i stood there, Wondering, fearing, doubting."-Poe

"And in the pallid glow of the single dim street-lamp he strained his eyes to see what his colleagues had brought out of that sinister house which loomed so close behind. But when he looked, he did not see what he had expected; for his colleagues were not there at all, but only the Terrible Old Man leaning quietly on his knotted cane and smiling hideously. Mr. Czanek had never before noticed the colour of that man’s eyes; now he saw that they were yellow. "-The Terrible Old Man, by H.P. Lovecraft

"The man in black fled across the desert, and The Gunslinger followed."-The Dark Tower Part One, by Stephen King

"See, there were these two guys in a lunatic asylum... and one night, one night they decide they don't like living in an asylum any more. They decide they're going to escape! So, like, they get up onto the roof, and there, just across this narrow gap, they see the rooftops of the town, stretching away in the moon light... stretching away to freedom. Now, the first guy, he jumps right across with no problem. But his friend, his friend didn't dare make the leap. Y'see... Y'see, he's afraid of falling. So then, the first guy has an idea... He says "Hey! I have my flashlight with me! I'll shine it across the gap between the buildings. You can walk along the beam and join me!" B-but the second guy just shakes his head. He suh-says... He says "Wh-what do you think I am? Crazy? You'd turn it off when I was half way across!"-The Joker, from Batman:The Killing Joke

"Then along came Bender!"-Bender, from Futurama

"War.War never changes."-first line of every game in the Fallout series

"The rules seem to never apply to the ones who actually make them."-Benjamin Franklin

"The bubble-headed bleach blonde she comes on at five
She can tell you bout the plane crash with a gleam in her eye
It's interesting when people die
Give us dirty laundry"-Dirty Laundry, by Don Henley

Favorite Heroes
