I am a 59 year old male who is mentally and physically disabled. I used to work for the State Government in Louisiana. I graduated Lafayette High School in 1972, United Electronics Institute in 1973, Longview Welding School in 1974 and The University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1980 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
