About Me

Married, mother of two adult daughters - one married and getting her PhD and one with high functioning autism. I am an agnostic Jew. I despise bigotry of any kind. I believe in "It takes a village" and strive to live my life accordingly.

I'd like to meet

Charlemagne - but he's dead, so... would love to have dinner with my husband, Jon Stewart, and his wife and children. I'd also like to meet Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie and have a few hours to talk to them about their endeavors to do things to help others.

Activities

I am a homemaker and help my autistic daughter each day. I care for 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 large parrots, 1 small parrot, a cockatiel, and 2 very large freshwater fish tanks. I also gather the neighborhood children each Saturday for a few hours to clean our block - sweeping sidewalks and the street, weeding where needed, and my husband works with the children to teach them some woodworking so they have a flower box... and we give them either flowers or herbs to plant.

Interests

Autism Research, Stroke Research, Boston Red Sox, Animal Welfare, Caring for those less fortunate... Environmental Issues and Social Consciousness.

Favorite Music

Classic Rock, Classical, Some Rap, Reggae, Blues... We love music in our home so we enjoy a lot of different forms.

Favorite TV Shows

Grimm, Merlin, Lost Girl, Being Human. We are also Sci Fi fanatics and are true Star Trek fans.
