  I enjoyed the other cultures, some more than others my favorite being Germany.
  
  Currently my wife and I host exchange students, on our third one now. That doesn't get us into the culture firsthand but it is a good start. Other host families have told us of visiting their exchange children in their own homes years after graduation. That has me looking forward to visiting Tyumen, Russia in about 6-8 years. Possibly Pusan, South Korea and a small town in Ukraine in about 10.

  My older son was three enlistments in the Navy, now works for the Navy as a civilian. My younger son did one enlistment in the Marine Corps.
