  Gunner, I answered this question this morning about Christian Experiences and here's my response. I think it fits in with some of the other wonderful discussion you and i have had.
  
  " They have often been painful. I was a child that thought about everything.That can be very threatening to people that only repeat what someone has spoonfed them.This certainly did not go over well in my religious community. I asked the question around the age of 11 why God would condemn someone to hell who had never heard of Jesus. That just didn't make sense of the God that I knew loved me. I was told by my not so wonderful teacher that I was going to hell for asking questions like that. At that moment I emotionally divorced myself from the Church, but never from God. I also never forgot the wonderful teachings of Christ. I just new I wanted nothing to do with that small minded mentality, At that very young age I suspected there were many people I would someday want to have as my friends and I'd want to know about their lives and I'd want to love them just as I knew Jesus would want me to do.
  The person I am today was "born again" in that Church at the age of 11. I never looked back.
  I am now blessed to have friends from everywhere that I love dearly. I will stand up for all

  Your my dear friend Gunner are one of those people I have have been so blessed to have in my life. You know the love of life, you know the desire from deep within your soul to see the World be a better place. You truly know about people as they are and without prejudice.
