About Me

I retired from U.S. Navy in 2006 after serving 30 years. I'm still happily married 30 years to a green-eyed Irish lovely and looking forward to decades more. Returned to school and graduated PTK from the local two year college (Lower Columbia College) in Criminal Administrtion and English.

Activities

Cruising the roadways on my '04 Harley Dyna Super Glide, bowling, and, don't laugh, my Wii, X-Box, and Playstation games.

Interests

Political, military, and science fiction novels and fillms, including alternate histories; real politics. I find as I've gotten older I'm interested in animal conservation. The idea of my great-grandkids living in a world without tigers, elephants, rhinos is disturbing. I still like people, but have an increasing love of nature's creatures. Eagles, wolves and sharks have always been my favorites. Don't know what that says about me. [:-)

Queen's "It's a Kind of Magic" is my favorite album. Big Motown fan of several groups. CW's Willie Nelson (Honeysuckle Rose), Kenny Rogers, Darryl Worley, Tobey Keith, Lee Greenwood, Charlie Daniels. Aerosmith, Rock's Eagles, CCR, Blood Sweat & Tears and most of the 60's & 70's groups and individual artists too numerous to mention.
