USER DEACTIVATED

I like the feeling of being able to go to sleep on a regular schedule, I like not having to look over my shoulder every minute of every day. I, like my fellow Marines in the field am blessed to have such a wonderful country to come home to and the welcome and support I get from most people is awesome. I have learned to like the simple things in life and the beauty in God’s creation. I have seen and experienced things never intended for the human heart. I have learned from it and now I am doing my best to manage my life from a combat veteran to a civilian. I have learned that the term “Freedom” is used way to loose in America today and that our freedom has been under more threat at home from within than abroad. I used to hate Ron Paul and thought his foreign policy would be the demise of this country. I was wrong. After serving 3 tours in Iraq and seeing first hand that our mission was never to bring freedom to that region but to occupy and plunder. We as soldiers served our country and followed orders like Marines should without question. Yet, to see that our end result was no better than when we went in, and in many instances worse is saddening. What did we accomplish other than a life now filled with experiences I would love to erase, but will never be able to? Now.. I see as my fellow Marines do that we served with pride and conviction but our political leaders never once knew, nor cared what was happening to us and that country. My interest is that Americans learn the truth and open their eyes to the deception of fighting for freedom abroad when their freedom at home is being stripped away at alarming rates under the guise of terrorism. Ron Paul is right and he knows how we feel and is the best fit to be commander and chief and I would proudly serve under him any time
