About Me

I have been on interviews to work at Target on 6 separate occasions and have been turned down every single time. I have an excellent work, credit, and attendance history and am qualified to work there. I've also put in hours of online research on how to answer their questions, asked current employees, and have made note cards and that wasn't enough; yet Target continues to hire lesser applicants who fail to even show up to work. I've observed this first hand. In my opinion, Target discriminates based on age, gender, race, and, apparently, who has the most tattoos...

Ok Brother; I'm not being critical. If your over qualified to work at Target & frustrated because they won't hire you. Raise the bar and go to another company; retail jobs are very difficult & you don't get paid enough to deal with dissatisfied customers! : )
