I'm a really hyper, fun person. I love traveling around the world (when I get the chance,) and especially meeting new people. lol People usually compare me to a hyperactive puppy, but I'm still more curious than the proverbial cat...and that sometimes gets me in plenty of trouble even though it is almost impossible for people to stay mad at me. I love anime shows, and exploring in the woods behind my house. One thing I say a lot is "If I am to be judged, let it be for who I am, not for what I believe, for you know not the depth nor contents of my heart." Another thing, I tend to be really random.

I may seem like a total airhead but do not let such matters fool you. I am a jewelry designer with a love of all forms of art either written, drawn, performed, or others. My life has been chaotic at times, but I am glad that I have lived it. You may judge me for who I appear to be or even hate me, but it will not bother me for I know that there are still others who care for me with all their heart. Others have judged me for how I live my life, yet they understand nothing of why I made my choices, but it is my life and my path that I must follow. Life seems to rush by too fast and the superficial details seem to catch many in its snares, but if one can take a moment to notice the people who care and the beauty of life itself, it helps to make life a little bit better.

"I may seem to act like a wierd and crazy person (who may also seem rather idiotic at times), but as the ocean is, there is much more to discover if you just look under the surface. I guess that may be a poet's dream, to see the world poetically rather than literally. Maybe it's truely beautiful, or maybe I'm just insane. It's no different to me, I dream of a world filled with peace and love that may never exist, but maybe it shall be reality one day. Who will know the twilit expanse of a dream, one may never know unless they dare to dream an "impossible" dream. Maybe someday someone will quote me, exclaiming the wisdom that lies within, to the world." - Amber (aka me. lol)

A New Hope


As I glumly walked by,
my sorrow evident on my face.
You smiled at me,
and my icy heart melted.

I used to keep to myself,
I had a wall built up around my heart,
But one look from you,
turned this invisible wall to dust.

You told me to trust you
You promised me you'll be there,
So, I'll lean on your shoulder
and hope my deep wounds will heal.

When shadows surround me,
I'll run to your side.
When darkness is around me,
You'll be my light.

Now my way grows brighter,
While I stand by your side.
I'm walking to dawn,
with you by my side.

I have found a new hope,
and someone to stand by my side.

The Dream


A scattered memory,yet a far off dream,
of light, darkness, and the twilight between.
torn between light and darkness,
I rest in the twilight between.

Where the sun and moon still shine.
where all thoughts are left behind.
in this twilight I shall stay,
and dance away the day.

The melodies of memories,
lost, but not forgotten,
still ring in my heart and soul.
I feel that they have nowhere else to go.

Here the stars shine bright,
though it is still far from night,
as I lie here in this dream,
where everything is not what it seems.

Startled, I am now awake.
the shimmer of twilight shall fade,
and the gloom of the day,
and the gloom of the night,

still waits...

The Dream That Changed


A twilit dream arrives yet again,
but what strange wonder is this?
my solitary paradise has another.
Oh, how this clouded mirage has changed.

There is another dancing over there,
my curiosity lures me to saunter near.
Who could it be?
Arriving now in my once lonely sanctuary.

As I edge closer to the clearing,
You turn and smile, eyes blazing bright blue.
My heart skips a beat,
as the time stands still.

You dance my way,
singing your soothing words.
What a strange trance I'm in,
as the sparkling stars swirl by.

Alas, the wolf you are,
I'm caught now within your dream.
You're the puppetmaster in this realm,
constantly pulling my strings.

So strange, the sky becomes an endless abyss,
though your cheshire cat smile still stays.
Will I remain in this trance forever,
because this curious cat has lost her way.

My heroes are my closest friends who always seem to find a way to make me smile, even at the worst possible times and who manage to get me to stop being so "uptight". lol

Stephen- because he is always there for me no matter what and is now my boyfriend.
Skyler- my best friend.
Tori- whose hyperness always amuses me.
Zain and Lauren- who I could never separate even in a situation like this. lol
Codey- who is like a big brother to me.
Kenny- who is still awesome in my opinion.
Elizabeth- who many call Pikachu because of her jacket, and because sometimes bad situations can make bestfriends.
I don't know if I forgot anyone, but if I remember anyone else, I'll mention them too.
