Well, it's been the better part of a week, and I've yet to locate my trove of tickets stubs from concerts past... but I found one that was nesting in my wallet -- Reverend Horton Heat at House of Blues in San Diego, on Saturday, February 21, 2009 @ 7:00 p.m. $42.50.

You call yourself a devout Christian, yet you listen to music most Christians I know would like to throw in a fire pit or roll over with a steamroller.

Cinderella -- Irvine Meadows Ampitheatre, Friday, September 29, 1989 @ 8:00 p.m. $20.50.
The Cult -- Irvine Meadows Ampitheatre, Saturday, March 31, 1990 @ 8:00 p.m. $20.50.
Slayer -- L.A. Sports Arena, Tuesday, January 15, 1991 @ 8:00 p.m. $18.50. (Note -- I did not pay for this show, nor indeed, plan to go at all. I was working at Tower Records in Brea, CA at the time, and we had an in-store contest for a leather, hand-painted 'Slayer' jacket and a pair of tickets to that night's show. The winner showed up, claimed the jacket and left. We tried calling him at home, but to no avail. So, I dialed up a friend, and we saw a free concert that night!).
Clash of the Titans (Alice In Chains, Anthrax, Megadeth, Slayer, Judas Priest) -- Pacific Ampitheatre, Saturday, May 25, 1991 @ 2:00 p.m. $27.50.
Nirvana -- Roxy Theater in Hollywood, Thursday, August 15, 1991 @ 8:00 p.m. $15.50. (Note -- this was the night before the filming of the 'Smells LIke Teen Spirit' video. Mid-show, Kurdt invited us all to participate in the shooting, and told us where it would be and what time to show up. I had pulled every string imaginable in order to be at the concert that night, and was simply unable to find a way to attend the next day's video shoot ... short of losing my job. In retrospect, I really should have gone ahead and done it. As it is, I can clearly see a few ex co-workers moshing it up in that video ;-).
Armored Saint -- Jezebel's club in Anaheim, Saturday, September 28, 1991 @ 8:00 p.m. $14.00. (Note -- this show was cancelled with only a few days' notice :(. Wrathchild America was the scheduled opener).
Alice In Chains -- Hollywood Palladium, Wednesday, December 16, 1992 @ 8:00 p.m. $15.00.
Green Jello -- Troubadour in L.A., Friday, February 26, 1993 @ 8:00 p.m. $8.00.
Lollapalooza '93 (Rage Against The Machine, Front 242, Tool, Fishbone, Arrested Development, Dinosaur Jr., Alice In Chains, Primus) -- Santa Fe Dam, Cal State Dominguez Hills. Friday, August 6, 1993 @ 10:00 a.m. $32.00. This was the last year the lineup was any good ... and it wasn't all that great compared to the 2 years that preceded it.
Oingo Boingo -- Irvine Meadows Amp, Saturday, October 31, 1993 @ 8:00 p.m. $27.25.
Primus -- Hollywood Palladium, Tuesday, November 23, 1995 @ 7:30 p.m. $17.50.
Tad -- Whiskey A Go-Go, Thursday, December 2, 1993 @ 8:00 p.m. $15.00.
Violent Femmes -- UCI Crawford Hall, Saturday, December 11, 1993 @ 8:00 p.m. $16.50. (Note: Opening act was No Doubt, on their first album. Nobody really knew who they were).
Nuttmeglomaniac Freedom Party (Gruntruck, Tool, Screaming Trees, Porno For Pyros, Alice In Chains) -- Hollywood Palladium, Friday, January 7, 1994 @ 6:30 p.m. $25.00.
Jesus Christ Superstar -- Orange County Performing Arts Center, Saturday, June 25, 1994 @ 2:00 p.m. $45.00 orchestra seats. (Note: While this is not a rock concert, it is my absolute favorite opera (a rock opera, at that), and I felt compelled to include it. The fact that Ted Neely and Carl Anderson reprised their central roles from the film made it that much more special).
Oingo Boingo -- Irvine Meadows Amp., Thursday, October 26, 1995 @ 8:00 p.m. $25.00.
Mr. Bungle -- Hollywood Palace, Saturday, December 9, 1995 @ 7:30 p.m. $15.00
Primus -- Hollywood Palladium, Sunday, May 5, 1996 @ 7:00 p.m. $20.00.
The Romantics -- Jet Jam '96, Friday, August 16, 1996 @ 5:30 p.m. (This was a free show, thank goodness... can't recall the venue, and the bands - including the headliner - were pretty terrible).
KISS -- Great Western Forum, Sunday, August 25, 1996 @ 8:00 p.m. $35.00.
KISS -- Irvine Meadows Ampitheatre, Thursday, October 31, 1996 @ 8:00 p.m. $35.00.
Counting Crows -- Wiltern Theatre, Tuesday, December 17, 1996 @ 8:00 p.m. $22.50. (Note: This was a free show -- a co-worker had an extra ticket, and didn't want it to go to waste).
Oingo Boingo -- The Universal Ampitheatre, Sunday, October 31, 1994 @ 8:15 p.m. $23.50
Rush -- Glen Helen Blockbuster Pavilion, Saturday, May 10, 1997 @ 7:30 p.m. $28.00.
Queensryche -- Irvine Meadows Amp., Wednesday, June 25, 1997 @ 8:00 p.m. This was a free show -- my brother won two box seat tickets from a workplace raffle and invited me. I only wish it had been for a worthy album. It was for 'Hear in the Now Frontier' -- easily one of QR's absolute worst offerings.
GWAR -- San Bernardino Arena, Friday, August 8, 1997 @ 8:00 p.m. $10.00. Without question, the goopiest show I've ever had the pleasure of attending, haha!
Lords of Acid/KMFDM/Rammstein -- Hollywood Palladium, Sunday, December 14, 1997 @ 6:30 p.m. $20.00.
Toy Dolls -- Hollywood Palace, Saturday, February 21, 1998 @ 6:00 p.m. $13.50.
Rob Zombie -- Orange Pavilion, San Bernardino. Wednesday, November 25, 1998 @ 5:00 p.m. $22.50. Monster Magnet was the opening act.
Black Sabbath -- Great Western Forum, Tuesday, January 5, 1999 @ 7:30 p.m. $40.00. A friend who was there swears that at one point in the evening, he saw Ron Jeremy, on his way to the restroom. I feel so blessed to have been elsewhere at the time ;-D.
Iron Maiden -- Greek Theatre, Friday, July 30, 1999 @ 6:00 p.m. $28.00.
KROQ Inland Invasion III (Marc Almond/Soft Cell, Berlin, Bow Wow Wow, Hot Hot Heat, Duran Duran, The Cure) -- Hyundai Pavilion, Saturday, September 20, 2003 @ 12:00 p.m. $40.00.
Motley Crue/Megadeth/Anthrax, Maximum Rock Tour -- Blockbuster Pavilion, Sunday, June 25, 2000 @ 7:00 p.m. These were complimentary tickets we acquired earlier that day at the Renaissance Faire.
Iron Maiden -- Universal Ampitheatre, Saturday, January 31, 2004 @ 8:15 p.m. $75.50 orchestra seats -- and they weren't all that great.
Yngwie Malmsteen -- Galaxy Theatre in Santa Ana, Friday, March 12, 2004 @ 8:00 p.m. $26.50.
Alice Cooper -- Grove of Anaheim, Tuesday, August 15, 2006 @ 8:00 p.m. $50.00 pit section -- actually it was standing room only, but we were AWESOMELY close -- like 8 feet from the stage!
Dream Theater -- Open air theater, SDSU, Tuesday, July 24, 2007 @ 7:00 p.m. $50.00.
Heavan and Hell (i.e. Sabbath with Dio) -- The Forum, Wednesday, April 25, 2007 @ 7:00 p.m. $47.00. Opening act was Megadeth. They had just released 'United Abominations.'
Megadeth -- Grove of Anaheim, Wednesday, September 12, 2007 @ 8:00 p.m. (Haven't found the actual ticket for this one, only the parking pass -- so I can't relay a price. This night is special though, as it was right around Dave Mustaine's birthday. Me & my two buds drew up a poster-sized 'birthday card' earlier in the afternoon, featuring a huge image of Vic Rattlehead brandishing a blazing candle. At the venue, as we waited line to get in, I approached everybody I could with an assortment of pens and invited them to sign it, or write a message to Dave, or whatever. We quickly ran out of room and had to start using the back of the poster board for autographs. It was a great night!
The Go-Go's -- House of Blues Anaheim, Monday, October 1, 2007 @ 8:00 p.m. $65.00.
Bad Brains -- House of Blues Anaheim, Monday, December 8, 2008 @ 8:00 p.m. $30.00.
Armored Saint -- Key Club, Friday, March 6, 2009 @ 8:00 p.m. $20.00.
Paul McCartney -- Hollywood Bowl, Wednesday, March 31, 2010 @ 7:30 p.m. $80.00 (not nearly worth the price, in my opnion).
Dead Man's Party (Oingo Boingo tribute band) -- Galaxy Theatre, Santa Ana, Saturday, October 29, 2011, 8:00 p.m. $22.50.
While I tried to keep them chronological, there are some askew, here and there. True, there are lots of shows M.I.A., but this will do for a start. Meanwhile, I'll continue searching ;-).
