  About a week ago you asked "What totally happened?" on a question of Melicious about a troll (who has since been deactivated). Since I'd like to know the facts of something like that even after it didn't matter, I thought you might like to as well, so I'm answering you in the Message forum.
  
  A particularly horrid little "person" was posting some really nasty questions, lots of people were reporting it, and nothing was being done. The worst was probably where she used a picture of a little girl with Downs Syndrome and the caption "My favorite animal is... Carrot." I don't remember the question now, but lots of people were truly outraged about the picture itself, as well as the fact that it used it to illustrate the point. Fef was called out directly on it and did nothing. Then it posted
