About Me
I live at Sierra Springs Ranch outside of Pinetop, Arizona. My given name is Naiche and I am a Chiricahuan (Aiaha) Apache, but my friends call me "Notch". I am a direct descendent of Cochise and was named after my great great grandfather Naiche who was Cochise' youngest son. I also belong to AIM (American Indian Movement) and I am the most conservative of all their members. I own a transportation company that's headquartered in Pinetop. Perhaps you've even seen me before. I occasionally participate in acting bits in documentaries and movies. I was in Dancing With Wolves, Hidalgo, Thunder Heart, Pirates of the Caribbean.and my latest venture was Cowboys and Aliens.
I'd like to meet
Usen (Whom we call God the Great Spirit Father), and his son Jesus Christ. I have met the Holy Spirit for he is beside me every day.
Activities
Spending time with my family. Being a worthy example to my family and teaching them the ways of nature. Bow hunting, fishing. Driving Big Rigs. Hanging out with my cousin Ghost when we each have the time. Former member of the White Mountain Apache Tribal Council (I resigned because of the council's liberal views). My hobby is collecting, building and showing custom cars, bikes, and trucks.
Interests
Family, faith, camping, hunting, and fishing. My job. In that order.

Favorite Music
Dearest Tara, (my favorite musician)
I seem to have loved you in numberless forms, numberless times...
In life after life, in age after age, forever.
My spellbound heart has made and remade the necklace of songs,
That you take as a gift, wear round your neck in your many forms,
In life after life, in age after age, forever.
Whenever I hear old chronicles of love, it's age old pain,
It's ancient tale of being apart or together.
As I stare on and on into the past, in the end you emerge,
Clad in the light of a pole-star, piercing the darkness of time.
You become an image of what is remembered forever.
You and I have floated here on the stream that brings from the fount.
At the hear of time, love of one for another.
We have played along side millions of lovers,
Shared in the same shy sweetness of meeting, the distressful tears of farewell,
Old love but in shapes that renew and renew forever.
Love, Naiche

Favorite Quotes
The seven natural laws or principles are also known as the seven teachings of the seven grandfathers. They are the teachings of understanding, love, respect, bravery, honesty, humility and truth. When we break a spiritual law a natural consequence follows. But, when we break a man-made law punishment is what follows. Restorative Justice is more in line with natural consequences than the criminal justice system is.

When we come together in a circle, it is a reminder that everyone’s presence is of equal importance. There are different types of circles, but all can be seen as healing since the circle promotes and supports the flow of energy in a never-ending cycle consistent with the movement of creation itself. When a restorative justice process takes place, it is done in a circle for the above-mentioned reasons.
The circle represents creation and is a symbol of unity. Unity is the spiritual law that binds the universe together. Our ancestors observed that everything about life is circular; the sun, moon, earth, growth rings of a tree, the bottom of our wickiup, the bottom of a woman’s skirt and the movement of the seasons.
Eagle feathers are sacred because of what they represent. One can come by an eagle feather in two ways. It can be found or given to you to carry for your people. It is a great honor to receive an eagle feather and a great responsibility.
IF A NATION

IGNORANT AND FREE,
IN A STATE OF
CIVILIZATION,
IT EXPECTS
WHAT NEVER WAS AND
NEVER WILL BE.
also,
I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just: That His justice cannot sleep forever.

He was mourning the loss of his brother who was killed by Mexican soldiers, in a nearby canyon.

Good Morning! Very happy to correspond with you! I talked to my wife, she says both her Grandparents were Apache, so her mother was also. Her mother married a white man, so my wife would be 1/2. However, she had a major falling out with her family and left home at 15/16, and only just recently has she had anything to do with her family. My wife is 72, by the way, so it has been many many years! She says that from what she remembers both Grandparents were White Mountain, but she doesn't remember their names, however, she has a picture of them together. I subscribe to "Primitive Archer" magazine, it is published every other month...great mag! I also read "Traditional Archery" magazine, too...I have only hunted very rarely, and now, at 65, probably won't any more, however, one never knows! I would really love to read any book on Archery you would ever write! Yep, I'm from Oregon, I live on the Southern Coast, 65 miles from the Or/Cal border, in a pretty remote area! The Springfield area is not too bad, as long as your a bit out of town, however, the downtown area is the pits....Our daughter lived in Eugene for a number of years, and she and her husband didn't care to go to the Springfield area much , except to raft thru on the River there...However, there is a wonderful gun shop ...

I buy my Black-powder there for shooting Cannons...The highway up thru the Cascade Mountains runs up out of Springfield, following the McKinsey River (sp?) and it is a beautiful drive! The Cascades are one of the most beautiful mountain ranges I have ever seen, and as a kid, I used to fish up there a lot! Well, better get off for now, thanks for the Friendship add!

LINUS GETS IT!!!
Hope you have a great day!
A young Texan grew up wanting to be a lawman. He grew up big, 6' 2", strong as a longhorn, and fast as mustang. He could shoot a bottle cap tossed in the air at 40 paces. When he finally came of age, he applied to where he had only dreamed of working: the West Texas Sheriff's Department.
After a series of tests and interviews, the Chief Deputy finally called him into his office for the young man's last interview.
The Chief Deputy said, "You're a big strong kid and you can really shoot. So far your qualifications all look good, but we have, what you might call, an "Attitude Suitability Test", that you must take before you can be accepted. We just don't let anyone carry our badge, son."
Then, sliding a service pistol and a box of ammo across the desk, the Chief said, "Take this pistol and go out and shoot: six illegal aliens, six lawyers, six meth dealers, six Muslim extremists, six Democrats, and a rabbit."
"Why the rabbit?" queried the applicant.
“You pass," said the Chief Deputy. "When can you start?"
I LOVE TEXAS
I need to move to Texas :)
Every man wants to leave a legacy, something he will be remembered for. These three certainly left their mark.
always funny when it is true!
